1. How can i place an order? In Just 3 Easy Steps!

1. Just simply click here and fill in your particulars and the item(s) you are buying.
2. We will then send an Invoice/confirmation mail to you.
3. After receiving the mail, you can proceed to payment and we will send the item(s) out once you have paid.

2. When can i get the items after I have made the payment?

Once we have received your payment, we will send your order the next morning. You will receive the item at around 1-3 working days via normal and 2-4 working days via registered mail if the item is instock only. Otherwise the delivery days will be stated.


3. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?

For normal mail, the package will be delivered to your letter box. In the event that the package is not delivered, there is no means to track the whereabouts of the package.

For registered mail, the post office will provide a tracking number at the point of posting. The post man will bring the package to your house. You will be requested to acknowledge receipt of the package. In the event that the package is not received, you can contact the post office to track the status of the delivery.


4. Can we meet up for payment and buying of goods?

No, BelleButter do not meet up for purchasing/buying of goods.


5. What is the different between Spree Sales & On Stock Sales?

Sprees Sales is a pre-ordering of goods. We do not have the stock on hand and usually the stock takes 1 - 2 weeks to arrive to you.

On Stock Sales is the stock that we had in our inventory, which takes about 1 - 4 working days to arrive to you.

6. How is the sizing of your clothes?

Most of the clothes we have is One Size (free size). Our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. Also, our clothes are made with some Spandex which is elastic. Below is some chart to assist you in ordering the correct size.

7. Is the color of the apparels the same as what I see in your photo?

I am afraid to tell you that it is not the same due to the computer color quality it may differ a bit. However, the design is the same.


8. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept POSB/DBS IBanking & ATM transfer.

For UOB, OCBC & HSBC we only accept IBanking transfer or payment via your bank.
